You will work closely together with the Head of Talent & Culture.Support for HR operational tasks, including drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentationAssistance with HR initiatives and projectsPreparation of internal and external communication materialsSupport in reviewing and improving company policies and proceduresAnalysis of existing HR data and identification of future HR content needsParticipation in organizing team-building activities and other employee engagement eventsWe would love you to bring your vibrant personality and your own progressive ideasSkills & requirements :You are familiar with presentation tools such as Canva or Gamma and have strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPointYou are fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related fieldYou are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibilityYou enjoy working with diverse teams, engaging with people, and applying theoretical knowledge to practical business needsYou have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and you are confident in asking the right questions and taking initiativePrevious work experience or internships in HR or related fields is a plusYou are available to start as soon as possible and can stay with us for 2 to 6 monthsWe are confident you will thrive within our team's culture :Team oriented: We care and watch out for each other.
