Responsibilities
* Actively prospect new rental assignments in Tielt and Aalter.
* Determine the rental price and advise owners on a personalised basis, taking return and market position into account.
* Deliver a professional property presentation: compelling photographs, clear descriptions and effective publication.
* Plan visits and accompany prospective tenants on tours.
* Select suitable candidates and meticulously follow up on dossiers.
* Draft lease proposals and contracts in cooperation with the back‑office team.
* Maintain contact with owners after the tenancy, evaluating the process.
Qualifications
* Ideally 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate or rental, with a strong affinity for the sector.
* A BIV recognition or stagestatute is a plus but not mandatory.
* Commercial flair combined with a professional appearance.
* Proactive, structured and results‑oriented work style.
* Independent, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a team.
* Flexible to accommodate the non‑9‑to‑5 nature of real‑estate work when necessary.
* Ambitious to continuously learn and advance your career to a higher level.
* Commercially strong and relational: build trust and persuade with substance.
* Think opportunistically, take initiative and thrive in an autonomous, responsible environment.
* Professional and discreet, especially with high‑net‑worth clients and confidential information.
* Knowledge of French is an advantage.
