The role of a Technical Product Manager Core HR
As Technical Product Manager Core HR you will report to and support the ICT Product Manager for HR. The ICT Product Manager HR is end-to-end responsible for the product lifecycle ( from the strategical change until the operational run ) of the HR-related applications, amongst others:
* SAP SuccessFactors
* SAP EnableNow
* IAM integration (Sailpoint)
* Payroll integration (Attentia)
* Planpoint
* Ingentis
* Xaurum
* Etc.
Together with the ICT Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Operational RUN (25% of activities)
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your applications (monitoring, solving incidents & problems, implement small configuration changes, etc.)
* Manage the technical lifecycle of your applications
* Implement continuous improvements
* Improve support documentation
* Interact with 4th line support parties of your applications
* BUILD&CHANGE (75% of activities)
* Build business cases
* Business requirement analysis and functional analysis, including validation with the business stakeholders
* Configuration & Testing
* (Technical) Documentation & training
* Take up the role of Technical Lead (= ICT Project Coordinator) for small changes / implementations
The current HR portfolio is being restructured due to prioritization, resource needs and governance efficiencies. This exercise is still ongoing, but the main workload in 2026/2027 will be focused on:
* SuccessFactors Foundations
* Review the current SF implementation and define which modules / features should be adapted / activated to make full use of SF's capabilities
* Oversee the implementation of the adaptations
* Onboarding project
* Improve the SF Onboarding setup in SuccessFactors
* Improve the SF Onboarding – SF Employee Central integration
* Analyze & improve the SF Crossboarding and Offboarding flow
* Improvement of Integrations
* Improve the SF – Planpoint integration related to time off
* Improve the SF – Sailpoint integration (IAM)
* LMS Project (Learning Management System)
* Review of the current L&D (learning & development) business processes, roles and responsibilities across the organization, training reviews/updates, etc.
* Simplify the existing ICT landscape
Qualifications / Skills
We're looking for a medior hands-on ICT Technical Product Manager for the Core HR Domain that combines following background & competences:
* Overall ICT experience
* 5 to 8 years of experience within ICT, ideally within the HR domain
* Experience as SAP Successfactors implementation consultant for EC / onboarding
* Professional Implementation certificate is a big plus
* Experience with integrations is a big plus
* First experience as project manager is a plus
* Application Knowledge
* Ideally good knowledge of several of the following applications
* SAP Successfactors
* Must Have: Employee Central, Onboarding & data framework knowledge
* Nice to have: all other SuccessFactor modules
* Payroll integration (Attentia)
* Planpoint
* Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus
* Competences
* Good problem-solving skills
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Can work independently and is motivated to take initiative / take up work
* Good understanding of application lifecycle management
* Languages
* Preferably Dutch-native
* English is a must
