As a Performance Management Technical Reporting Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology management and optimization of reporting solutions used by the GSC Performance Management in alignment with the Technical Reporting & ESG Performance Manager. The role focuses on technical ownership, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring alignment with Eurofins' business needs and IT requirements.

Based in Brussels, Belgium; you will support multiple business lines´ within GSC Performance Management.
How can you help us?
You will work on:
Solution design, development, and maintenance:
1. Microsoft SharePoint Online
2. Power Platform (Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate)
3. Azure DataLake
4. MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, VBA)
5. Python
6. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting solutions.
7. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in reporting processes.
8. Maintain and enhance data governance and access control policies.
9. Coordinate & support efficient reporting technology development following agile principles.
10. Ensure proper documentation of reporting solutions, workflows, and processes
Governance & compliance for dataverse solutions:
11. Act as the primary liaison between GSC Performance Management and Eurofins IT functions.
12. Ensure compliance with Eurofins IT policies, architecture, and security standards.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize reporting tools within the IT landscape.
14. Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) for Dataverse security roles.
15. Define and manage data retention, backup strategies, and lifecycle policies.
16. Govern multiple Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Production) for stability and security.
17. Provide technical support and best practices guidance to business users.
Program & stakeholder management:
18. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting solutions with business objectives.
19. Manage technical incidents, service requests, and change requests related to reporting solutions.
20. Support the implementation of new technologies relevant to reporting and data management.
21. Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in IT reporting and performance management.
22. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
23. Implement and ensure the use of proper agile development methodologies within the team
Azure DevOps & Agile Program Management
24. Manage and prioritize the Azure DevOps backlog for reporting and Dataverse developments.
25. Define and track user stories, bugs, and feature requests to support development.
26. Coordinate agile sprints and releases in collaboration with the Team Lead and business stakeholders.
27. Oversee the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps Pipelines
28. Track performance metrics and incident reports in Azure DevOps dashboards, ensuring quick resolution of production issues.
Qualifications

You have:
29. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
30. related field.
31. 1-3 years of experience in IT program management, technical reporting, or data analytics.
32. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse), and Azure DataLake.
33. Experience in data visualization, reporting automation, and database management.
34. Strong project management skills, including agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
35. Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
36. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
37. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
