Job Description
You're the owner of one of our flagship brands. Not just the guardian of its identity - but the force driving its growth, innovation, and relevance. You'll set the vision, rally internal and external teams, and turn insight into action across every consumer touchpoint.

Build & own the brand strategy
* Translate business goals into bold, actionable brand plans.
* Constantly spot trends, insights, and unmet needs - then turn them into competitive advantage.
Create campaigns that cut through
* Lead 360° brand activations (TV, digital, influencers, retail, PR).
* Brief and challenge agencies to deliver big ideas - then bring them to life across every screen and shelf.
Drive innovation, not just renovation
* Launch new products that surprise and delight, from concept to shelf.
* Co-pilot NPD with R&D, Supply, Trade - and make sure the numbers add up.
Be the business brain of the brand
* Own your P&L and make smart decisions backed by data.
* Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to make the brand shine in-store and online.
Inspire and influence
* Be a trusted voice to senior stakeholders - and a mentor to junior marketers.
* Lead with vision and energy that gets people on board.
The Successful Applicant
* You've got 6+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
* You're not afraid of a blank page. You love building things, not just managing them.
* You combine strategic thinking and executional excellence - with a healthy dose of creativity.
* You know your way around data (Nielsen, Kantar, digital KPIs…) and make insight-driven decisions.
* You can influence, pitch, and lead - whether it's a cross-functional team or the boardroom.
* You're fluent in English, French and Dutch i
