Your new role As a Team Leader, you are responsible for managing a team of inspectors or operators involved in inspection, rework, and quality control activities. You ensure that all tasks are carried out correctly, safely, and in line with the required quality standards.You act as a key point of contact on the shop floor, combining people management with operational follow-up.Your responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and motivating a team on the shop floor Coordinating daily inspection and rework activities according to work instructions and quality standards Allocating tasks based on skills, availability, and workload Performing checks such as first-off inspections, line audits, and spot checks Ensuring product conformity before release according to customer requirements Guaranteeing correct labeling, segregation, and traceability of OK/NOK parts Reporting production and quality data at the end of each shift Supporting problem-solving using defect and rework data Maintaining 5S standards and ensuring an organized workplace Reporting deviations, shortages, or safety concerns to the Shift Leader Training and onboarding new team members Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE Your profile Experience in a production, inspection, or quality control environment Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes Strong communication skills with a natural leadership approach Hands-on mindset and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment Stress-resistant and flexible Good knowledge of Dutch and English Valid driver’s license and own transportation Willingness to work in a 3-shift system What you'll get in return Competitive salary package Opportunity to work in an international and growing organization A role with high responsibility and direct impact on operations Dynamic position with variety and growth opportunities What you need to do now Are you interested in this role?
