Tasks
* Support the organisation and documentation of key meetings and decision forums
* Assist in preparing communication updates for stakeholders and leadership
* Maintain governance documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of team members
* Assist in financial tracking and budget follow-up
* Support programme risk assessments and mitigation coordination
* Help monitor performance indicators and escalation workflows
Your Skills
* Master's degree in business, project management, or a related field
* Basic understanding of PMO, governance, or portfolio management
* Internship or entry-level experience in project management is a plus
* Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Team-oriented and eager to learn
* Adaptability in a changing project environment
