Projects & communications intern - Area People & Organisation Leadership & Agile Organisations The People & Organisation Area — home to the Vlerick Strategic Talent Management Centre and the Centre for Leading Agile Organisations — is always open to welcome motivated and enthusiastic interns who want to contribute to our research partnerships and member activities. We collaborate with a strong network of leading organisations, including KBC, Bright Plus, Delhaize, Euroclear, Fluvius, Unilin and many others. Through our corporate research partnerships, we work on academically-based, multi‑year projects. With Bright Plus, we explore the future of multilingual administrative professionals in an AI‑driven labour market: how AI reshapes tasks, which skills remain core, and how human–AI collaboration can be organised in a smart way. With KBC, we explore employee wellbeing, making a distinction between physical, mental, social, professional and financial wellbeing. We help our partners and members help to stay ahead in a fast-changing talent landscape by translating research into practical insights. Your mission As an intern, you will play a key supporting role in our research projects, communication activities and partner collaborations; with a concrete link to our partnerships with Bright Plus and KBC. Your responsibilities include: Help organise and coordinate research projects : support planning, prepare materials and coordination across our research and partnership portfolio, including preparation of workshops, webinars and partner meetings. Monitor ongoing data collection and follow-up : support the practical follow-up of ongoing data collection (e.g. survey invitations, reminders, tracking responses, feedback), and help keep project overviews up to date. Support communication activities for our channels : help keep our website, newsletters and LinkedIn up to date by creating and curating content about our research and partnerships (e.g. short updates partnerships, events such as Vlerick HR Day). Help develop practical tools for our partners : contribute to the creation and refinement of templates, checklists, frameworks and summaries Collaborate with researchers, project staff and external partners: w ork closely with the Vlerick team and our external contacts to ensure smooth communication and follow-up. You Are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme such as communication, business administration, organisation & management, applied psychology, office management, HRM, or another relevant field. Can structure information clearly and enjoy writing (e.g., short articles, summaries, member communications). Are organised and proactive: you keep overview, follow up actions, and manage several tasks in parallel. Are comfortable working with digital tools and platforms. Have good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus. Want to work on our beautiful campus in Ghent.
