Key Responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager - Photonic Integration
 * Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept through to successful implementation of customer-specific processes and modules.
 * Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring the right technical resources and expertise are in place.
 * Drive projects to completion within timelines, applying structured problem-solving and developing solutions when risks or issues arise.
 * Anticipate and address technical and operational risks, designing mitigation strategies to ensure robust and reliable delivery.
 * Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and QA teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
 * Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates on technical progress, risks, and resolutions.
 * Ensure processes meet specification and quality standards before transitioning into operations, working hands-on with QA to achieve this.
 * Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise process efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Key Requirements for Technical Project Manager - Photonic Integration
 * Ms or PhD in physics, photonics/semiconductors or related field.
 * 3+ years of experience in project management within the semiconductor industry
 * Strong understanding of semiconductors manufacturing processes, familiarity with silicon photonics or III-V semiconductor materials is a plus.
 * Experience in a Fab environnement with process integration experience.
 * Proven track record of managing complex technology development projects from inception to completion.
 * Ability to coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams and with external partners, customers or vendors,
 * Experience in customer interaction and excellent communication skills,
 * Fluent in both English.
