About the Role
As a
Supply Chain Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and transforming the Supply Chain organization. Reporting directly to the EVP Operations, you will lead a team of around 20 professionals across different departments.
Your mission is to bring structure, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to a department that plays a crucial role in supporting the company's technical operations.
You will:
* Lead, structure, and develop the team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
* Implement efficient, standardized processes across all supply chain functions.
* Drive the transition from reactive to proactive planning, both in procurement and logistics.
* Optimize supplier performance, material availability, and inventory management.
* Partner closely with your peers in Maintenance and Planning to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
* Balance short-term urgencies with long-term improvement initiatives, combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
This role requires both
strategic vision and operational drive.

Requirements
You combine strong expertise in Supply Chain Management with proven leadership skills, preferably in a technical or industrial environment. You bring structure where needed, engage teams with clarity and purpose, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving context.
* A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related field.
* Proven experience in a senior Supply Chain Management role within an industrial or technical environment.
* A strong, experienced people manager — capable of guiding, motivating, and transforming a team.
* Experience in a unionized context is essential.
* Resilient, hands-on, and results-driven, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in both
Dutch
and
English
(French is a strong asset).
* Proficiency in
ERP/MRP systems
and
data analytics tools
; knowledge of
AMOS
and
EASA Part 145
regulations is a plus.
Experience in aviation is not a must. What matters most is your
leadership style and experience, the ability to bring structure and transform the way of working within the team.
