* Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in a hospitality environment.
* Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Flexible and available for occasional evening and weekend work.
* Excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of French, English, and/or German is a strong asset.
Benefits
* A challenging and diverse role within a stable organisation with a strong social mission.
* Full-time, permanent contract.
* Company car and other extra-legal benefits.
* An environment where you can grow as a leader, strategic thinker, and problem-solver.
* The opportunity to make a genuine, positive impact on people’s holiday experiences.
