Job Description
* Integrate business continuity (BC) aspects in risk assessments (projects such as AI, externalization, IT)
* Consolidate business continuity needs (BIA) from operational teams, benchmark against current measures, and identify gaps
* Facilitate workshops to build or update continuity and exit plans with cross‑functional stakeholders
* Define and test requirements for risk‑management tooling; suggest and implement optimizations
* Develop actionable dashboards to inform and support decision‑making at various management levels
* Perform quality control of risk data and produce formal reports to regulatory bodies
* Execute operational risk analyses and respond to queries from regulators, management, or clients

Experience & Knowledge
* 2‑5 years' experience in Project Management and Business Continuity Management
* 2‑5 years' familiarity with IT systems, digitalisation, and AI
* Prior exposure to Operational Risk Management (preferred)
* Experience managing third‑party service providers (advantageous)
* Insurance or financial‑sector experience (2‑5 years)
Languages
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other national language is a plus
