We are looking for a Risk Management Strategy Lead who is strategic, analytical, and collaborative to join us in our Enterprise Risk Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our strategic objectives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will embed risk-aware decision-making into corporate strategy, financial planning, and transformation programs. Your expertise will help shape risk governance frameworks and ensure resilience in a dynamic global environment.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners with Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and other key functions to integrate risk intelligence into strategic planning. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are central to how we operate, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and industry best practices.
What you’ll do
1. Propose ideas and initiatives to further strengthen the maturity level of Enterprise Risk Management framework
2. Lead identification and evaluation of strategic risks across global markets, including geopolitical and regulatory developments.
3. Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and their impact on strategic initiatives and investments.
4. Embed risk insights into corporate strategy development and financial forecast cycles.
5. Develop and run scenario analyses and stress tests to evaluate resilience under adverse conditions.
6. Prepare and deliver high-impact risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
7. Contribute to the evolution of enterprise risk management frameworks
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
8. Master’s degree in a relevant field; consultancy and risk management experience required.
9. Ability to connect risk insights to business strategy and long-term planning.
10. Skilled in quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, scenario planning, and modeling.
11. Strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage senior stakeholders.
12. Familiarity with global risk regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
13. Experience with risk management platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
