From their offices located in Jette, you will play a key role by working directly with the General Manager and other key stakeholders in order to improve performance and support the company's growth. Your Tasks as Business Controller
* Act as the financial co-pilot of the business, supporting strategic decisions, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping steer sustainable growth.
* Become a key business partner to the General Manager, driving value through margin analysis and cost optimization.
* Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring precision across all financial KPIs.
* Manage monthly closings and collaborate with accounting teams to deliver accurate IFRS reporting.
* Prepare and present performance reviews and business reports with actionable insights.
* Building advanced financial models and analyses using Excel and ERP tools to support decision-making.
Your Profile as Business Controller
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Controlling (ideally in a large company)
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch. Knowledge of the other language is a strong asset.
* Knowledge of financial tools such as SAP and Power BI (or equivalent)
