In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. /p pbJob type: /b Full time/Permanent /p pbWorkplace: /b Onsite /p pPlease note that we can consider only EU candidates for this position due to security clearance. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years; /li liExperience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems; /li liExperience with large projects or programmes; /li liExperience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.); /li liExperience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals; /li liExperience working in a public sector environment; /li liProven experience in managing activities under a large project or programme autonomously, while coordinating with the team, contractors and / or client; /li liExcellent knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle; /li liExcellent knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks; /li liExcellent knowledge of Infrastructure as code; /li liPractical knowledge of (Open-Source) data sharing tools (EDC, Gaia-X, others), models and standards (W3C DID, W3C DCAT, W3C ODRL); /li liGood Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework; /li liGood knowledge of security mechanisms for cloud architectures (e.g., IdP) and best practices and patterns; /li liGood knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud; /li liGood knowledge of applications design; /li liGood knowledge of modelling tools; /li liGood knowledge of Relational DBMS; /li liGood knowledge of business process analysis; /li liGood knowledge of interoperability technologies at cloud infrastructure level but also at service level (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture); /li liKnowledge of AI, Machine Learning or High-Performance services; /li liKnowledge of Infrastructure or data layer; /li liExcellent command of the English language. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork within the agile process and take decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team; /li liFollow a number of activities across different projects and contractors requiring technical and project management skills: understand and comply to a review process, monitor status of certain tasks, coordinate internally and gather input from within the unit, other units, or within the Simpl programme.
