Position: Admin/Office Assistant
Location: Kapellen, Flemish Region, Belgium
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Kapellen. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, and capable of managing daily office operations while providing professional front-desk support.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate party.
* Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/ postals.
* Monitor, manage, and order office supplies as required.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Maintain organized records and files.
* Draft and proofread correspondence, and support with research when needed.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth office functioning.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in speaking and writing Dutch & English.
* High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
* 1–3 years of relevant office/administrative experience.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to spelling, grammar, and detail.
* Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using general office equipment.
