About this role: As our Account Executive you are responsible to onboard all new partners on our platform and manage a portfolio of accounts in your area. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success. In this position, you'll build strong client relationships, be their trusted advisor, and make sure they're happy with our service. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: You manage a pool of restaurants, helping develop their success on our platform. Create & maintain a solid relationship with your partners, as from the first day that they’re on our platform. Increase their satisfaction, expand their business with innovative solutions and avoid churn. Promote and sell Takeaway products & services. Be aware of and share all what’s happening in your region and anticipate when needed (often in collaboration with Account Managers). Support a user friendly and convenient ordering experience for Takeaway.com customers. Exchange and collaborate with other departments & teams (projects, ideas, problems, …). Prevent and manage churn on your portfolio. What will you bring to the table? Commercial mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication skills and powers of persuasion. A proactive and analytical attitude to recognize and seize opportunities. The ability to work independently while being a strong team player. A sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mentality. Dutch speaker (spoken and written) and good level of English. French is a plus. Feeling at ease in a fast-paced environment eager to challenge the status quo. Working knowledge of G Suite & Salesforce is a plus.
