We are looking for a Transformation Portfolio Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join our Transformation Office team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will support enterprise-wide transformation by ensuring high-quality portfolio data, clear performance insights, and decision-ready materials. Working across multiple initiatives, you will help monitor value delivery, highlight risks and dependencies, and improve transparency for senior leadership. This role combines analytical rigor with coordination and communication to support effective portfolio governance and informed decision-making.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a small, high-impact Transformation Office team that collaborates closely with program teams and senior leaders. You will also interact with colleagues from finance, talent, digital, and procurement, contributing to a global, matrix environment where teamwork and clarity are essential.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transformation portfolio data, including milestones, performance indicators, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Consolidate regular program updates into a clear and structured portfolio performance view.
• Track value realization against plans, highlighting deviations and supporting updates to business cases with finance partners.
• Prepare dashboards and reporting materials for portfolio discussions and leadership reviews.
• Support portfolio governance by maintaining decision logs, action tracking, and reporting standards.
• Identify early warning signals, such as emerging risks, overlaps, or data gaps, and flag them for timely action.

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Experience in analytics, portfolio reporting, transformation support, or similar roles in a complex environment.
• Experience in consulting, transformation programs orchestration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality across multiple information sources.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and clarifying ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations is an advantage.
