* Provide comprehensive support to partners/lawyers: calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, presentations, and phone coverage.
* Coordinate meetings and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage documents and files (paper and digital) with strict confidentiality.
* Handle email inboxes, prioritising, filing, and responding where appropriate.
* Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation and coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain client lists, databases, and provide ad hoc support as needed.
* Min 5 years' experience in a similar executive/administrative role.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Discreet, proactive, reliable, and highly organised.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise efficiently, and communicate confidently at all levels.
