We’re seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Project Manager who will manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.
Your day-to-day mission:
1. Manage all project dimensions (resource, budgets, risks, scope and dependencies)
2. Build strong stakeholder relationships across functional teams and levels.
3. Coordinate complex activities across multiple squads and divisions, driving alignment and consistency in execution.
4. Report progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
5. Take proactive measures to ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices.
6. Support risk, issue, and change control processes ensuring smooth transition and timely resolution.
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
7. Solid experience in software delivery IT project management.
8. Experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
9. Apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams, processes, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and scalable execution.
10. Ability to navigate change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
11. Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
12. A high degree of adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
13. Advanced level Microsoft Office 365, (pivot tables, SharePoint collaboration, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
14. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
15. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
What makes you stand out:
16. Certifications (., PRINCE 2, PMI).
17. Proficient in Asset servicing (including tax and ref data) / Settlement; Collateral / Funds/ Banking business processes with a strong understanding of SWIFT messaging protocols and standards.
18. Experience working within Agile frameworks and effectively collaborating with outsourced and offshored teams.
19. Competent with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards.
