STORE MANAGER (m/f)
Job Description
You play a key role within the store; thanks to your business acumen, you will grow your store's revenue and embody a leadership style with a 360 vision.
Your challenges:
Closely monitor KPIs by motivating your team to achieve daily sales targets. You will provide data-driven insights into your store's performance by proposing action plans to continuously improve results.
Motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with your sales teams. You will support your Team Leaders in developing their managerial skills through regular briefings and feedback.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures (inventory, cash registers, merchandising, store maintenance).
Manage daily back-office operations (scheduling, HR management, recruitment, etc.) and budget dashboards. Company Description

Qualifications
You have proven experience in retail management and leading mid-sized teams (between 10 and 20 employees), with a thorough understanding of the retail environment.
Your analytical skills, your ability to delegate, and your capacity to energetically motivate and support your teams will enable you to achieve a common goal: to perform together!
