This role involves setting up and managing a centralized team that will support the organization in all commercial excellence and tender-related activities. This includes designing, implementing, and continuously improving commercial and tender processes to ensure focused pipeline management, commercial reporting, and high-quality submissions resulting in increased win rates. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ~5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, proposal writing, or commercial operations ~ Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken) ~ Strong leadership, excellent organizational, and project management skills ~ Able to manage stakeholders globally, open to feedback, and shared ownership
