Your key responsibilities
BIM Execution and Coordination :
* Run project progress reports, model federation, multidiscipline clash detection, reporting/ model, health check, dashboards, etc to the clients requirements.
* Run the BIM review process with the design and construction teams.
* Ensure models from all disciplines are uploaded on time and in the correct format.
Technical Expertise:
* Experience setting up and running B360 & ACC projects with advanced Navisworks Manage, BIM360 Issues, and BEP Authoring skills.
* Audit 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for accuracy and compliance.
* Produce and maintain live Navisworks nwf files with clash detection reports for 3D projects.
* Create animated fly-through animations as required using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
* Ensure BIMs are of optimum quality and appropriate Level of Development (LOD).
* Use dedicated compare tools to check model materials, Uniclass coding, and model changes.
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams, including planning and managing the collaboration process.
* Participate in project meetings and presentations to present BIM progress and clash detection reports.
We would love to hear from people with
* Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
* Experience with BIM360, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD.
* In-depth understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices.
* Understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and technical services.
* Ability to coordinate MEP services within a 3D modelling environment.
* Experience working in a data center design environment (advantageous).
* Proficiency in G Suite applications (advantageous).
* English mandatory
