As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a motivated Internal Sales & Back-Office Assistant to strengthen our commercial and marketing operations.
You will play a key role in supporting international business development, ensuring smooth back-office operations, and contributing to the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy. Working closely with management, the sales team, and our global partners, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales and logistics.
Prepare quotations, pro-formas, sales documents, and order confirmations.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain the CRM and ERP systems.
Coordinate with the logistics department for order follow-up, shipping, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with finance for invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
Sales Coordination & Customer/Supplier Follow-Up
Be the main point of contact for international B2B clients, distributors, and suppliers.
Monitor ongoing projects and ensure proactive follow-up at each stage.
International Business Development
Support the development of our international sales network.
Degree in International Business, Marketing, Sales Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B international sales development and brand marketing, ideally within luxury/architectural product sectors.
Experience in back-office or internal sales support is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); French and any other languages are a plus.
