Technical Skills and ExperienceThe consultant must possess a strong technical foundation in order to effectively execute the TPTRM risk assessments. Specifically, the team must have:A minimum of (5 years for risk assessors, 10 years for the cybersecurity expert) of experience in operational and security risk management, with a focus on cloud services (SaaS, HSP, AWS) and software development security best practices.Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with release, change, incident management, and testing.A strong understanding of cloud security and the ability to assess the security posture of cloud-based services.In addition to these technical skills, the following certifications and experience are preferred:CISSP, CISM, CIPP, or CCSK certificationsExperience with ServiceNow GRCKnowledge of vulnerability management and penetration testingFamiliarity with control frameworks and audit methodologies, such as ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, and OWASPBusiness ExperienceThe consultant must have a strong understanding of the business and regulatory environment in which the client operates. Specifically, the team must have:At least 5 years for risk assessors of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and a strong IT background.Experience working in financial services and large companies, which demonstrates an understanding of the complex regulatory and risk management requirements of these industries.Knowledge of reviewing IT and cybersecurity contract clauses.Prior experience working in a banking environment is preferred.Soft SkillsThe consultant must possess a range of soft skills and personal qualities that enable them to work effectively with stakeholders and drive results.
