By joining this project, you will work alongside internal staff and other contingent workers to help build a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that supports economic growth and reduces the ecological footprint.The company values diversity and inclusion, believing that a diverse work environment fosters innovation, creativity, and better results.Job DescriptionAs a PMO, you will:Participate in PMO meetings and liaise with the project manager.Maintain project resources, budgets, and status updates in Sciforma.Support resource management (availability, onboarding, capacity, access to tools).Manage requests for quotes and payment of invoices.Organize steering committees (meetings, attendance, slide preparation, minutes).Manage project documentation and repositories.Manage and execute the project communication plan.Attend project, design, and testing meetings, capturing agreed actions.Develop action plans for each deliverable to meet deadlines.Coordinate stakeholders, assign tasks, and track progress.Track and report project KPIs (schedule, risks, quality).Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed.Lead and prepare project core team meetings.Maintain a deep understanding of the status and challenges in product design and development.Liaise (formally and informally) with project team members from different entities, building trustful relationships.Be proactive, willing to go the extra mile, and support the entire project team.QualificationsRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in project management and/or PMO.Experience with program/project management tools (, Jira, Sciforma) is a plus.Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch (spoken & written) – mandatory.Experience in international IT project delivery is a plus.Autonomous and capable of managing and respecting program deadlines.Effective stakeholder management, including executives, team members, and external partners.Financial acumen: understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.Knowledge of PMO and project management methodologies.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Proactive, well-organized, and result-driven.Strong analytical skills.Additional InformationLocation: Brussels (possibility of up to 60% homeworking, but at least 2 days per week in the office).For non-EU candidates: Must possess a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium.
