You'll play a key role in shaping the backend platform built primarily in PHP (Laravel), while working closely with product and leadership to evolve the architecture as the company grows.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the core backend platform (PHP/Laravel)
* Design and maintain high-performance architecture
* Lead backend best practices and technical standards
* Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers
* Conduct code reviews and improve development workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams
* Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales
* Support integrations with AI-driven features and services
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in backend development
* Strong expertise in PHP
* Deep experience with Laravel
* Experience owning or leading parts of a SaaS platform
* Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
* Experience mentoring or coaching developers
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Big Plus
* Experience or strong interest in AI systems
* Knowledge of Python
* Experience integrating xsgtzvk AI/ML services or working alongside data teams
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
