* Coordinate and set up training frameworks and development plans for large-scale system implementations; not responsible for writing training content, but determining the plan and approach.
* Define who receives which training, in which format, and when; plan and align with L&D, IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
* Advise on and execute Training Needs Analysis and role mapping; contribute to establishing a functional super user network.
* Monitor standardization, quality, and integration of the training approach, including reporting and follow-up in collaboration with PMO, HR/People, and programme management.
* Responsible for delivering the training strategy, clear communication to all involved parties, and management reporting on progress, readiness, and effectiveness.
* 10+ years of relevant experience with SAP or comparable ERP implementations, specifically with training and system implementation.
* Deep knowledge of ERP processes, change management, and working in a project-based manner within complex (international) environments.
* Seniority: proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented, self-reliant, and strong in stakeholder management.
* Proficient communication in English (Dutch is a plus).
* Proven experience in project management, working with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Analytical mindset, diplomatic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
* Demonstrable experience managing training within technical/engineering/industrial companies is a strong advantage.
