About the Role:A role as Field Service Engineer is essential for successful installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment or systems at customer site. This role demands technical proficiency, adept problem-solving, and effective customer communication to deliver exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:Be customer-centric and solution driven, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical field inquiries.Travel or be located to customer site to install and set up technical equipment or systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that arise and initiate appropriate corrective actionsReplace defective components and repair systems to minimize downtimeKeep accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and customer interactions
