We are currently looking for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Interior Designers to join our team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international environment working on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Concept Development: Contribute to or lead the design process, developing concepts aligned with the company’s design vision.
* 2D & Visual Design: Produce detailed 2D drawings, renderings, and mood boards using tools such as Photoshop, CAD, and InDesign.
* Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
* Quality Control: Ensure high standards of design, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
* Mentorship (Mid/Senior): Support and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
* Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
* Junior: Entry-level to 2 years of experience.
* Mid-Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
* Senior: 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality design.
* Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
* Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, CAD, InDesign; 3D tools and AI are a plus).
