We guarantee our customers high performance products, secure access to supply and recycling technologies that give materials a new lease of life. /ph3What You Will Be Doing /h3ulliDefine and implement the long-term reliability strategy supporting the EOM business operational plan. /liliAct as the key reliability contact for EOM and drive the execution of multi‑horizon reliability initiatives. /liliDevelop and manage reliability specifications for investment projects and contribute to CAPEX planning. /liliIntroduce innovative technologies, proactive maintenance techniques and best practices to improve asset availability and reduce costs. /liliLead the development and optimisation of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts, integrating legal compliance and safety requirements. /liliPrepare maintenance plans, instructions and inspection forms, and ensure proper execution and continuous improvement. /liliConduct and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), trend analyses and multidisciplinary improvement sessions using methodologies like RCM and FMEA. /liliSupport operational teams during major breakdowns and provide expert guidance to minimise downtime. /liliDevelop and execute training programmes for maintenance teams to strengthen technical capabilities and maintenance excellence. /liliManage Safety Critical Equipment maintenance requirements and promote a strong safety culture. /li /ulh3Who We Are Looking For /h3ulliMaster’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of operational experience in maintenance and reliability roles. /liliStrong knowledge of maintenance methods, preventive/predictive techniques and methodologies such as RCM and FMEA. /liliBroad technical knowledge in electromechanics (hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity) and materials. /liliAbility to lead reliability projects and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. /liliStrong coaching and mentoring skills to build team expertise and engagement. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders. /liliFluent in Dutch and English; working knowledge of French and German is an asset. /liliAnalytical, structured, innovative and able to work independently. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pWe aim to lead the way.
