Technical Support Role - Diagnostics Expertise
About the Position: This is a critical role where you will be the trusted partner for our customers to guide them and provide technical support on diagnostics products.
We are seeking a collaborative team player who is passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues
* Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions
* Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery
* Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Become a recognized and trusted expert in diagnostics products
Requirements:
* Fluent verbal and written English and French language skills are essential with Dutch being advantageous
* Customer Support Experience
* Adaptability in a fast-paced growing and changing environment
* Able to work independently, with a sense of initiative, great attention to detail and a hands-on approach
* Having a biomedical background will be advantageous
