Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the digitalisation and optimisation of ICT service management processes. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for aligning these processes with our current SAP landscape. You will run workshops, produce target process blueprints, perform fit-gap analysis, build business cases, and stage pragmatic roadmaps. Key tasks include running needs analysis with operational teams, delivering AS-IS/TO-BE blueprints, executing fit-gap analysis, building ROI/business cases, driving stakeholder validation, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and providing decision-ready reporting. Requirements 10+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in ITIL/ITSM across incident/problem/change/release Strong BPMN/blueprinting and documentation skills 5+ years with SAP functionalities & analysis (enough to run fit-gap and speak modules) 2+ years building ROI/business cases and strategic recommendations Fluent French or Dutch and English language skills About this role This is a hybrid role based in Brussels, requiring occasional onsite presence.
