We are seeking Clinical Research Associates at Level I or Level II to support oncology clinical trials with a high level of involvement and ownership. This role is ideal for CRAs who want to move beyond pure monitoring and take responsibility across the full study lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CRA, you will be responsible for end-to-end site and study activities, typically working on up to two protocols at a time. Rather than operating in a high-volume, billable model, you will have the opportunity to fully own your studies and build strong relationships with sites and internal stakeholders.
* Lead contract negotiation, Site Start-Up (SSU), site activation, and site management
* Perform on-site and remote monitoring visits (approximately 6–8 visits, with flexibility)
* Oversee study conduct from initiation through close-out
* Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and local regulations
* Support sites with training, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement
* Collaborate closely with Project Management, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations teams
* Proactively identify risks and contribute to continuous process improvement
Therapeutic Area
* Oncology experience required
* Phase I study experience preferred, but not essential — training and support provided where needed
Languages
* Belgium (BE): French, English, and Dutch required
Key Requirements:
* CRA I or CRA II experience within clinical research
* Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of assigned protocols
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to travel locally as required
