As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our presence in Southern Europe and are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the region.
The Role
The Business Development Manager – Southern Europe will be responsible for expanding BEL Automotive's market footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key Southern European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Southern Europe
* Identify and secure partnerships with dealerships, distributors, and automotive groups
* Negotiate commercial agreements
* Manage and grow key accounts within the region
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis
* Represent BEL Automotive at industry events and trade fairs
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, distribution, or business development
* Strong understanding of the Southern European automotive market
* Existing network within dealerships and automotive groups is a strong advantage
* Proven negotiation and contract management experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
* Fluent in English; at least 1 additional Southern European language required
* Willingness to travel regularly within the region
