As a PLC Engineer at Equans, you take responsibility for delivering projects for one of our clients over time. You manage and coordinate automation projects from design through to completion. You work within Process Solutions, the leading department for industrial automation at Equans.
Your work location: Equans site in Genk and at our clients
Your Equans base: Genk
ZOOM ON THE JOB:
* study existing situations and create accurate functional analyses
* handle the technical detailed design and software development for projects
* test software, commission systems and provide on-call support
* ensure proper documentation for all projects
* think proactively about process standardisation
* provide assistance and advice to clients after installation delivery
COME AS YOU ARE, IDEALLY WITH:
* a higher technical degree: bachelor's or master's
* knowledge of electromechanics and a passion for automation
* experience with Siemens PLC
* good knowledge of HMI: SCADA, Siemens WinCC and TIA Portal
* personal drive and ability to work independently
* team spirit and strong communication skills
* a category B driving licence
