* You build trust by maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with installers, construction partners, solar panel manufacturers and end customers across sectors such as retail, healthcare, leisure,…
* You spot opportunities where others don't - with 80% of your focus on farming and 20% on hunting - knowing exactly when it's time to tap into new markets.
* Collaboration is in your DNA: you work seamlessly with internal engineers, project managers, and external design offices to create fully integrated solutions.
* You understand construction projects from start to finish, combining technical insight with commercial flair.
* You negotiate with vision and always aim for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
* You move confidently in international contexts, with an initial focus on France and opportunities to expand into other European countries.
* You're frequently on the road (about 20% travel) to gather insights, visit project sites, and maintain strong client relationships.
* You keep a close eye on market trends and turn these into strategic relationship-building and commercial actions.
* You are a relationship builder with technical intuition, who listens actively, connects the right people, and contributes at a high level.
* You hold at least a bachelor's degree - whether in a technical field, languages, or as someone with inside sales experience ready to move into a field role, your analytical mindset and eagerness to learn are key.
* You have a natural commercial sense and feel comfortable managing complex, long-term projects where trust and consistent follow-up are essential.
* You are fluent in French and English - additional languages are a plus, as this role offers the chance to grow internationally.
