Mission du poste
You will be the go-to expert for all tax-related matters within the Belgian entity and will act as a key business partner both locally and internationally.
- Act as a tax advisor on: Corporate income tax, VAT, Payroll taxes, Excise duties
- Support the Luxembourg entity on tax matters
- Monitor and implement changes in Belgian tax and accounting legislation
- Prepare tax returns and review tax-related documentation
- Manage advance tax rulings in collaboration with the business
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation with the Group Tax team (Germany)
- Ensure compliance with international tax regulations
- Maintain close contact with external advisors and Group Tax
- Master's degree in Law or Economics with a specialization in Tax
- ITAA certification is a big plus
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Strong ownership and autonomy over the full tax function
