About the role Depending on the assignment, you will provide expertise in matters such as: Individual and collective employment law Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts and policies Advice on dismissals, restructurings and reorganisations Social dialogue and negotiations with works councils or trade unions Employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions or transfers of undertakings Day-to-day HR legal support for in-house teams Assignments can vary in duration (from a few weeks to several months) and may be on-site, hybrid or fully remote, depending on the client.
