Full-Stack Developer – Leuven
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Leuven. In this role, you’ll build AI-powered digital solutions that create real impact. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing both front-end and back-end web applications. From architectural decisions to building easy-to-use deployment pipelines and maintaining existing solutions, you’ll be involved in the entire development lifecycle.
In addition to our custom generative AI projects, you’ll also support clients through consultancy assignments. These range from short-term (3–6 weeks) to longer-term (3–6 months) projects, giving you the chance to demonstrate your expertise and versatility.

* Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end web applications.
* Collaborate with a talented team of developers, AI engineers, and data scientists.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and design deployment pipelines.
* Work on custom AI projects and client-based consultancy assignments.
* Ensure all solutions are secure, compliant, and user-friendly.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* At least 4 years of professional experience as a developer.
* Experience with projects that include AI components (LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, generative models).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality.
* Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as Next.js or React.
* Back-end development experience (Python, Node.js, and/or Java).
* Familiarity with vector databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch).
* Understanding of privacy, compliance, and accessibility standards, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Bonus Points
* Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably on AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, Cloud Build, Azure Pipelines, etc.).
* Experience serving AI models as endpoints.
