* Lead transformation programs and projects from strategic design to hands-on implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess current organizational structures, governance frameworks, roles & responsibilities, processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Analyze end-to-end processes through qualitative and quantitative methods. Identify gaps,
inefficiencies,& opportunities for growth by adopting data-driven approaches that are all centered around business strategy..The consultant must critically evaluate information; consult with key stakeholders (C level) – influence best solution."
