TUSK IC is a fabless millimeter-wave (mmWave) IC design company based in Antwerp, Belgium. Founded in 2018 as a KU Leuven spin-off, we’ve built a strong reputation for solving the toughest RF and semiconductor challenges in automotive, industrial, and communications markets.
We’re now entering a new and pivotal phase: developing our own product line of Ka-band chips and modules for satellite communications (SatCom). Our focus is on next-generation user terminals for global satellite connectivity — a market on the verge of explosive growth. “New Space” is fueling a wide range of business and investment opportunities, with communications emerging as the biggest growth market, and at the heart of strategic autonomy discussions.
At TUSK IC, we believe in technical excellence and customer impact. We build trust through results. If you want to be part of a team where ambition and execution go hand in hand, you’ll feel at home!
Hardware Design Engineer
As Hardware Design Engineer you will own the design, bring-up, and validation of high-performance PCBs and hardware platforms around our satcom products. You will play a key role in delivering customer- and partner-facing hardware, where exceptional quality, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Your work will directly represent our technology in the field, requiring a strong commitment to excellence from initial prototypes through final production-ready systems.
In this role, you’ll translate our product capabilities into real-world systems: evaluation boards, reference designs, and product-grade hardware that enables our customers and partners to adopt our technology. You will become a core member of our team and clear communication during team interactions is essential.
