Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for Belgium-based logistics categories, including but not limited to DSP partner development.
• Develop, evaluate, and manage a strong pool of local suppliers, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
• Drive procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution follow-up to ensure cost optimization and delivery performance.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance and risk control throughout the procurement process.
• Produce regular procurement analytics reports to support business decisions and budget planning.
• Participate in the development of localized procurement strategies and support cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics; experience in e-commerce or cross-border logistics is an advantage.
• Language skills: proficiency in French / Dutch / German (C1 or above, capable of business communication), with fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the Belgian market landscape, regulations, and business practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to manage fast-paced, multi-tasking work environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
