* Act as the key business representative within the International Payments squad
* Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into actionable backlog items and requirements
* Bridge business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of international payments initiatives
* Manage and prioritize the squad backlog in alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives
* Contribute to regulatory, migration, and innovation projects related to international payments
* Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Initiative Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
* Support testing activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards
* Monitor risks, issues, and delivery quality across initiatives
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain alignment between stakeholders and squad objectives
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement within the squad
Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
* Experience in payments, treasury management, finance, or banking environments
* Strong understanding of workflow processes and business analysis methodologies
* Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and requirement management
* Good understanding of IT systems, testing processes, and Agile delivery environments
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies xphnsxz and backlog management practices is a plus
* Understanding of international payments and cross-border payment processing is an advantage
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Leadership mindset with decision-making and prioritization capabilities
* Structured, quality-focused, and solution-oriented approach
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Comfortable with occasional travel to Paris and hybrid working setup
