As a key player in our logistics team, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional unit responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a global client base.
Your primary objective is to effectively manage valuable transport orders from inception to completion. This involves overseeing all necessary agreements and maintaining seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
The ultimate goal is to ensure the successful execution of transports and meet our clients' service expectations.
You will be responsible for:
* Order acceptance and administrative tasks
* Serving as a liaison between customers and our organization
* Ensuring that all customer agreements are clearly defined and implemented
* Proactively resolving potential issues that could lead to customer dissatisfaction
* Maintaining open lines of communication with transport planners
* Collaborating with operational and sales teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in logistics
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
* A detail-driven approach to work
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Advanced language skills in English and Dutch
