ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the algorithm development team, you are creating the next version of our software DSP products.You interact with researchers working on next generation algorithmsYou create and adapt algorithms in order to fulfil the customer requirements with our productsThe output of your work is generic fixed point or floating point C code that will be picked-up by other teams to port to various DSPs and NPUs.You support our remote teams to achieve smooth integration of our products with lead customers.Together with our remote teams, you ensure that our products are smoothly deployed in lead customer projectsSkills/competencesMasters or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplineThorough knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms, specifically for speech enhancementExpert in software development for constraint platformsExperience with algorithm design in Matlab/Python, and preferably with Deep Learning packages: Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or equivalentFamiliar with subjective and objective audio quality evaluation (standardization, listening tests, objective metrics, etc.)AttributesCreative, passionate working attitude and agile mindset.Communicative team player working in an international environment with different culturesDrive for high quality deliverablesAble to drive activities to closure, including proper communication in the organization
