🎯 YOUR ROLE
As a Senior IT SWAT Engineer, you help IT teams tackle security risks by turning vulnerability findings into practical remediation actions.
You provide hands-on guidance on secure configurations, hardening, patching and operational security practices, helping teams reduce risk and improve their security maturity.
This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and coaching, with a strong focus on enabling teams rather than taking ownership away from them.
📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Support IT teams with vulnerability remediation and security hardening
* Advise on secure configurations across infrastructure, cloud, network and endpoint environments
* Help resolve critical vulnerabilities and urgent security exposures
* Share best practices for patching, access management, logging and operational security
* Deliver workshops, technical guidance and remediation support
* Contribute to security standards, hardening baselines and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate and help build the IT SWAT capability
🫵 YOU
Must-haves
* 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security or Operations
* Strong hands-on experience with vulnerability remediation and security hardening
* Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies, including Windows/Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, cloud platforms and networking
* Experience with patch management and operational risk reduction
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate security findings into actionable technical solutions
Nice-to-haves
* Experience in large or complex enterprise environments
* Background in cloud, platform or security engineering
* Experience supporting multiple business units or entities
* Knowledge of automation and security best practices
