You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews, and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to uphold standards of governance and compliance across regions.
