Senior Program Manager – Private Cloud Transformation
Location: Brussels + 1/ month travel to Luxembourg
Working model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Languages: Dutch / French / English (trilingual required)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Private Cloud transformation program within a leading telecom and digital services environment.
This is a high-impact, multi-year initiative focused on consolidating Private Cloud infrastructure and services across multiple entities. You will drive complex migration activities while ensuring operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and financial control.
Your Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
* Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
* Drive governance (Steerco, core team, cross-stream coordination)
* Align stakeholders across Cloud, Product, Finance, Sales, and Architecture teams
* Maintain and evolve program planning (WBS, tracking, reporting)
Migration Strategy & Execution
* Define and oversee migration strategies (Private, Public, Hybrid Cloud)
* Manage customer segmentation, solution mapping, and migration waves
* Ensure alignment with contractual, technical, and commercial constraints
Operational Continuity & Risk Management
* Ensure infrastructure stability during transition
* Monitor incidents, capacity, and business continuity KPIs
* Manage risks, issues, and mitigation actions across all streams
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
* Lead communication with internal and external customers
* Support account teams in commercial discussions and migration scenarios
* Ensure clear messaging and alignment across stakeholders
Financial & Contractual Alignment
* Collaborate with Finance on P&L and cost models
* Work with Legal & Procurement on contracts and vendor alignment
* Support budget optimization and investment decisions
People & Change Management
* Support reskilling, workforce transition, and operating model evolution
* Facilitate collaboration across teams and entities (including Luxembourg)
Your Profile
Experience
* Proven experience as Program Manager / Senior Project Manager in large-scale IT transformations
* Strong background in cloud migrations, data center transitions, or hybrid cloud environments
* Experience in complex, multi-entity organizations
Technical Knowledge
* Solid understanding of Private Cloud, VMware, IaaS, and hybrid architectures
* Familiarity with migration methodologies, infrastructure lifecycle, and cloud governance
Skills
* Strong stakeholder management (technical, business, executive)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to structure complex challenges and drive decisions
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing ambiguity
Tools & Methodology
* Experience with program governance, risk management, and planning tools
* Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
