MAIN MISSION
At PLUO, you develop and implement manufacturing and assembly methods for furniture or structures, while respecting deadlines, budgets, and aesthetic constraints.
Role
Based on the project manager's, architect's, or client's brief, as well as 3D plans and images, you will model complex objects, propose efficient and cost-effective technical solutions, select hardware and implementation methods, and program the CNC.
You will transfer all manufacturing support documents (plans, cutting lists, CNC programs) to the workshop and secure the supply of goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish manufacturing methods, time, and materials, respecting budgets and graphic guidelines.
* Model and propose technical solutions to the project group.
* Program the CNC and plan operational ranges with the workshops.
* Place necessary orders for complete assembly, considering supplier lead times.
* Plan and coordinate activities based on resources, schedules, and budgets.
* Supervise activities, limited to monitoring results.
* Propose production improvements, investments, and developments in carpentry.
* Solve problems requiring complex technical analysis.
* Comply with internal procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and information in the system.
* Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction as a permanent objective.
* Communicate with workshops to monitor manufacturing for which you are responsible.
Relationships
You will work in collaboration with the design office, sales representatives, project managers, production, and external suppliers.
Candidate Profile
With advanced knowledge of the systems and methods necessary for your work, you are able to share your skills to solve complex problems. You demonstrate a good understanding of the organization and the sector.
Experience & Skills
* Degree in technical drawing, industrial design, interior architecture or equivalent or experienced carpenter
* Good knowledge of office software and specific tools (nice to have): Top Solid & Woodcam
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking
* Very comfortable with drawing and reading plans
* Technical knowledge: materials, wood manufacturing, paint
* Ensure good communication

* Permanent contract - 39 hours/week
* Fixed salary: attractive, in line with experience (€3800 to €4300 gross) + CCT90 Bonus
